How to Claim

  1. Purchase one promotional pack of Canespro Fungal Nail Treatment Set between 20/07/2016 and 20/06/2017 - Packs can be purchased in Tesco, Asda, Waitrose, Boots, Superdrug, Lloyds Pharmacy, Rowlands, Co-Op, Day Lewis, Sainsbury's ,Wilko, Morrisons, Ocado, Amazon and Independent Pharmacies while stock lasts.
  2. Within 7 days of purchase date shown on the till receipt, participants must visit www.canespromoneyback.co.uk to register their participation in the Money Back Guarantee offer and watch the instructional video. All details requested on the Register page must be completed and a photo of their till receipt and their fungal nail must be uploaded at the same time.
  3. Participants must then use Canespro Fungal Nail Treatment Set following the instructions in the pack.
  4. If after using the treatment for a minimum of 14 days the participant is not satisfied with the results they must follow the below steps within 30 days of registration in order to obtain a refund:
  5. Revisit www.canespromoneyback.co.uk in order to fill in the online claim form with their email address and claim code issued on completion of Registration and a statement of no less than 15 words explaining why they were dissatisfied – submit, print it off and send it with:
  6. their original till receipt (used to register) dated within the promotional period (and in accordance with the above terms be dated within 7 days prior to registration but 14 days after using the treatment)
  7. the original promotional sticker from the pack (if their pack has one)
  8. to Canespro PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR.
  9. Photocopied receipts will not be accepted. Receipts will not be returned.
  10. Please ensure you submit your claim with sufficient value of postage. A claim submitted without sufficient value of postage will not be accepted.
  11. Claims for money back must be received by no later than 31/07/2017.


  1. Claims (a) correctly submitted and (b) received by 31/07/2017 will receive a refund of the price of the product purchased relative to the amount shown on the till receipt to a maximum of £30. If the participant purchased the product at a promotional price, the refund will reflect that promotional price.
  2. Refunds will be paid by cheque made payable to the person named on the claim.
  3. Please allow 28 days for the processing of your refund.
  4. The Claimant is responsible for ensuring they cash their cheque before its expiry date and the Promoter will not re–issue cheques in the event that the Claimant fails to cash their cheque before it expires.


  1. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for lost, late, ineligible, misdirected or incomplete claims. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be processed.
  2. The Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising out of this offer except in cases of personal injury or death resulting from its own negligence.
